24 Hour Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.

 

To respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

​

Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in a cancelation fee that will be charged  50%-100% of the missed appointment. If we do not get payment it will then be attached to your next appointment.

 

No Show

 

To respect the time of our Stylists, if an appointment is no showed you will be subject to a no-show fee or a charge of 100% of the total amount due for services.

Late

 

Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment.

 

Refunds

 

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

 

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. 
**Must be with the original provider, if you choose to be with someone else, payment will be required**

Return Policy

 

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of the original purchase as long as you have your receipt. No cash value is given and an in Salon credit will be issued. You must have a receipt for proof of purchase, we will not be able to credit your account otherwise.

Gift Certificate Policy

​

• Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.

• Lost gift certificates will not be credited. This is your responsibility.

• All gift certificates are non-refundable.

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

• Gift certificates are to be bought with a specific provider, and only used with said provider. 

  • Each provider is their "own business" Each provider handles their expenses and revenue.​
